E-nable Your Field Services - The Mobile Service Tool for ABM

e-nable Your Field Service (eYFS) is a fully featured mobile service application developed for field service and remote workforces such as trades people, mobile maintenance or repair personnel. It is designed to provide information in real time, reducing internal costs and increasing the efficiency in organizations, thus providing a higher level of service to your customers.

e-nable Overview
EYFS is a highly configurable remote service application providing for the creation and/or scheduling of work orders, dispatched to field workers via any IP capable network. In the field, the worker has visibility of the job details, parts inventory, consumables, work instructions and any additional relevant information for the work order. Once on-site, the worker can record information about work undertaken such as cause and remedy or fault code information and parts applied to the job. Changes to job status and time spent on the job are tracked automatically. Once the job or activity is complete, settlement functionality is provided and signatures are captured to confirm proof of works completed. With integration to ABM a work-order can be generated, tracked and posted without any manual intervention.

eYFS seamlessly integrates with both e-nable Your Forms (eYF) and e-nable Your Workflow (eYW) to provide real time information to both the user and the organisation, reducing internal costs and creating ongoing efficiencies in managing an organisations workflow.

Information transmitted in real-time
eYFS allows information such as job logging or updated customer data to be directly entered into a mobile handheld device and quickly transmitted back to head office. This reduces the time spent on processing paperwork, thus returning a tangible cost reduction.

eYFS can easily allow information such as maintenance history, updated policies and procedures, customer account balances, inventory levels to be sent from head office to individual or group handheld devices, giving personnel the ability to make timely and accurate decisions.

Easily understood workflow
Create a work-order by selection of a customer and entry of details of the works to be performed. Upon selection of the Job-Type, activities are automatically populated and assigned to the appropriate technician. Depending upon the nature of the job type, the work-order can be simple (single activity) or complex (multiple activity).

Activities are automatically assigned based upon on the job type selected. The work-order is sent to the designated technician. Notification of a new work-order is via an audible alert. The engineer can review the work order details then accept or reject thereby notifying the office. The work-order monitor screen in the office displays the status of any job in real-time. Once a job is started, time is tracked automatically. Parts are assigned to the work-order at either the order or activity level thereby building a detailed inventory of works performed on-site. Payment processing is available upon request and customer signatures are captured to confirm proof of delivery.
