Business Manager Software has developed a comprehensive support service which will cater to your required support frequency.

Support Contracts for ABM Users

We offer our Hotline Support Service to all ABM and BM users, and offer a simple support structure - for many users at a lower cost than before. We offer three versions of Support Contracts, with varying prices depending on your gold club status. A benefit of staying up to date on your gold club membership is that you avoid paying 30% more for support contracts than customers without gold club. Support is available 9am to 5pm, EST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays via our normal office number (03) 9532 4199.

1900 Telephone Support:

Available 9am to 5pm, EST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Call 1902 943 514 and pay according to the length of the call. The charge is $4.95 incl. GST per minute.  Recommended for companies with employees who are very familiar with the system and would only require support occasionally.

24 Hour Emergency Support:

Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Call 0408 106 998. Calls charged at $140 per call, recommended only for after hours emergency situations.

Support Maintenance Services

Annual Gold Club Subscription

Gold Club gives you free access to all the latest updates to the software, new releases and versions, assuring you that your upgrade path is guaranteed. Any new release of BM is available to you. There are loyalty discounts for all BM products, two annual support calls, and membership in the Gold Club Users Group on our Forums, which gives you a forum for posting queries you may have to other users who may already have done what you want to do.
