Advanced Manufacturing System (AMS) Overview

AMS manufacturing software has everything needed to control and track production, from quote to shipping. Running your business requires you manage both production and job related administration.

AMS manufacturing software makes it easy for the tasks of planning production, reserving and ordering stock. You will have a list of all your costs for the recipe or a parts list of the product you are making from the Bill of Materials created using the Bill of Materials Software (Bom Software).

• When production is commenced the materials or components are issued out of stock and into Work in Process.
• The costs can include labour, outwork, non-stock resources, overhead as well as component costs.
• When production is completed you will know if you have completed the processing efficiently or had a cost overrun.
