Advanced Crystal Documents is the ultimate addition to the printing capabilities of Advanced Business Manager, by providing the user with the ability to produce multiple documents from a single system printing event as well as or instead of the forms printed by Advanced Business Manager.
ACD gives the user control over which forms to print and where the forms are to be printed . Documents can be sent to more than one printer at a time and including email and saving to file. Individual or groups of documents can be reprinted at any time. Custom fields can be included in the body of forms such as invoices. Different forms can be set up for each company and user. ACD is particularly useful where someone needs to produce picking slips and invoices at the same time. |
